Newly reformed, beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, stylish villa on a flat plot with private garden and pool.
On entering the villa you step into a bohemian style decor which flows through the villa, you have a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with air conditioning and a log burner. There are two double bedrooms boasting kingsize beds builtin wardrobes and air conditioning. The third bedroom is home to a single bed. There is a family size shower room and an additional toilet.
The mediterranean garden surrounds the villa with fruit trees, bougainvillea, palm trees and hibiscus. The pool is 8x4 with roman steps to enter, sun loungers and shade are on the paved area next to the pool for you to enjoy the sunshine.
The villa is also available for monthly winter rentals and utility consumption will be charged in addition at the end of your stay.
