Very tastefully decorated, open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. From the lounge/dining you have direct access to the main terrace with stunning views over Las Rotas.
The main terrace accommodates a salt water 8x4 infinite pool and is furnished exceedingly well with sofas and chairs to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or aperitifs before dinner, it also accommodates sun loungers to soak up the stunning views and the summer sun. The outside kitchen is home to the barbecue and a perfect area to enjoy alfresco dining shaded away from the sun. Tucked behind the kitchen and enjoying all year round sun is the 6 person jacuzzi which is a perfect place to relax and destress.
Access into the villa is via a pedestrian door or electric gates, there is sufficient parking for 3 cars, two spaces offer covered parking. There is air condition throughout, which is powered by solar panels and the villa also has the wonderful underfloor heating which makes this property a pleasure to occupy in summer or winter. All windows are equipped with electric persianas (electric blinds) which are perfect for blocking out the sun and enjoying an afternoon siesta. The villa also has an alarm system, wifi, Spanish and international tv channels.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac this beautifully presented 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is the perfect retreat for your holiday destination.
Private parking is available behind electric gates, the villa boasts air conditioning in all bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Wifi, private pool with loungers, pool towels and parasols, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and fridge are to mention but a few of the facilities this villa has to offer.
Entrance to the villa is through the kitchen, which is an American style kitchen it is spacious and very well equipped. It links beautifully with the lounge and dining room which is open plan with open fire perfect for winter rentals, large flat screen tv with Spanish and UK channels.
Three of the four bedrooms are located on this level. The master bedroom is bright and spacious with built in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom, desk and office chair. The 2nd bedroom is ensuite also with built in wardrobes. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds, built in wardrobe and 3rd bathroom opposite. The 4th bedroom is located on the floor below the main living area and has twin beds, built in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities.
The large covered terrace overlooks the outdoor kitchen which is located between the villa and swimming pool. A large marble and tuscan stone table is great for dining alfresco. The outdoor kitchen has a large gas bbq, paella ring and fridge, which is all that is needed for great family dinners.
The pool is well kept and surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. The pool area is surrounded by grass and tiles, the 8x4 kidney shaped pool is the perfect place to cool off in the warm sunny days.
The villa is also available for winter rentals on a monthly basis. Utility consumption is charged additionally at the end of your stay.
