Fantastic townhouse distributed over 3 floors in the heart of Denia, with parking for one car, wifi, hot and cold air conditions throughout and pellet stove for the chilly winter evenings.
Located in the old town, just below the Castle of Denia. You have everything on your door step to explore that Denia has to offer. The 20kms of Sandy beach is a 6 minute walk. Calle Loreto (tapas alley) is a two minute walk.
You enter the property from the main terrace where you can enjoy alfresco dining. The ground floor accommodates is spacious and bright lounge dining room, cloakroom. The kitchen is off the lounge and is well equipped, there is another small terrace ideal for the morning sun at the rear of the property.
The first floor accommodates a double bedroom and twin bedroom, both with built in wardrobes and air conditioning and share a family bathroom.
The second floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It is bright and airy with its bi-fold doors leading onto a balcony, which is an ideal place to watch the sun set.

Divided over four floors you have a spacious living areas with plenty of outside seating areas to enjoy the summer and winter sunshine. On entrance to the property you walk through the private off road parking and into the lounge area. The kitchen and dining room is on the middle floor with direct access to a private terrace which leads out onto the communal gardens and swimming pool. The third floor is occupied with a twin bedroom and double bedroom and family bathroom. The fourth floor is occupied by the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom and large bright sunny terrace over looking the swimming pool and Montgo mountain range and a huge roof terrace with ample seating.
The property has A/C in all rooms, wifi and Spanish and UK tv.

We stayed for a month in the house through November/ December for bike riding on the prefect roads and easy access to the evocative streets, restaurants and bars of Denia old town. The house was comfortable, well equipped spacious and clean, well setsee more

Peaceful surroundings and stunning views from the top bedroom. Customer service was excellent Would happily return another time. Car parking is tight so you need to be a confident car parker with a medium or small car. Or get the full insurance deal! (We were fine) |
