Beautiful chalet tucked away in a very well maintained urbanisation conveniently located for the beach and the town centre.
The main living area is open planned and spacious, with American style kitchen, dining area and lounge area. There is a cloak room also downstairs. You have the great benefit of seating terraces both front and back, so you are able to enjoy the glorious weather all year round.
The second floor is made up of the master bedroom with private terrace giving you spectacular views towards the Castle, Marina and beach. The 2nd bedroom has one single bed and bunk beds, it also has a small terrace giving you wonderful views up the Montgo mountain range.
There is hot and cold air conditioning, gated complex with parking, wifi, mosquito nets and international tv channels.
The chalet is available for monthly winter rentals and utility consumption will be charged additionally at the end of your stay.
