Fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in La Isla Urbanisation
Just a 450m walk to the beautiful Arenal beach, lined with palm trees and promenade with assortment of bars and restaurants to suit all diners requirements.
La Isla boasts one of the largest communal pools in Javea, 3 swimming pools of different depths are linked with footbridges connecting the communal grass areas.
The apartment is located on the first floor and accessible by stairs or communal lift. It has two bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and air conditioning in the master bedroom. There are two bathrooms both recently refurbished with walk in showers, floating sinks and toilets.
The lounge also benefits with air conditioning and has wifi, Spanish and Uk tv and direct access to a very sunny terrace which is perfect for alfresco dinning. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped.
