The lounge dining room has a large L-shaped sofa perfect for relaxing. The television channels are Spanish and full UK Televison, with large patio doors leading out onto the private terrace allows you privacy to enjoy relaxing evenings and dining alfresco. The kitchen is well equipped.
Located within walking distance of the town, beach and Marina, this ground floor apartment is a fantastic location to enjoy your holiday.
There is a parking space available below in the garage.

This apartment has a brand new fitted kitchen with all mod cons, dining room table and l-shape corner sofa. The apartment has A/C in the lounge/dining area and Master bedroom. It also has fibre optic wifi, Spanish tv and UK sky tv, sports and movies.
The master bed has A/C and king size bed. The additional two bedrooms both have a single bed in each and fans.
The terrace over looks the pool area and benefits from a toldos (blind), giving you shade whilst dining alfresco. The gardens are well kept and there is ample parking for one car inside of the urbanisation.
The apartment is available for weekly summer rental and monthly winter rental.

Located in Las Marinas, 1km from the town centre and 250m from the beach.
The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the communal swimming pool, from its south facing terrace.
The master bedroom has a double bed with ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has two single beds with ceiling fan and air conditioning. The bathroom has a large walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped
The apartment is available for monthly winter rentals and utility consumption will be charged additionally.

The modern apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for a great stay. The location could not have been better for visiting the town, restaurants & beach. The only downside was that the apartment is north facing, which was not ideal see more

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. It is a great apartment, thankfully the sun is in the communal area until a least 16:00 so you are able to enjoy the winter sun by moving the sun loungers just out side of the terrace.
