The apartment is bright, spacious, modern and tastefully decorated and has stunning views from the rear terrace looking out to the spectacular Montgo mountain range that divides Denia from Javea. The front terraces over looks the pool area and has sea views.
The property is spread over two floors, on the first floor is the kitchen, terraces, lounge and bedroom 3 with shower room. On the second floor is bedroom 1 & 2 and the family bathroom.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven and microwave.
The lounge is bright and spacious with flat screen tv and seating comfortably for 6 people, it also gives access to the front terrace.
Bedroom 3 has a kingsize bed, with built in wardrobes.
